Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends shaping 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term organizational planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-vision initiatives
- Produce trend reports and whitepapers establishing industry thought leadership
- Identify and evaluate disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions

Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies

- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
