Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record publishing trend forecasts with measurable business impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
