Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026 market entry in quantum-AI convergence domains
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate innovation pipelines
- Author white papers and thought leadership on exponential technology impacts
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Monitor global tech policy shifts affecting 2026 regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least three exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Technology Review
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent domain expertise
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Shell Two Scenarios)
