As a key member of our Global Innovation Lab, you'll leverage predictive analytics, scenario planning, and cross-industry foresight to identify disruptive opportunities. You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to develop resilient strategies that anticipate technological shifts, regulatory changes, and consumer behavior patterns.

Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps using predictive modeling and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify high-impact innovation opportunities
- Produce quarterly foresight reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready features into development cycles
- Monitor global tech ecosystems and regulatory landscapes for emerging risks
- Design scenario-based simulations to test strategic resilience
- Present findings to executive leadership and Board of Directors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech planning
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend forecasting
- Proficiency with AI-driven analytics tools (e.g., Palantir, Tableau)
- Published research on emerging technologies (blockchain, quantum, bio-tech)
- Experience presenting complex concepts to C-level executives
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic implementations
