Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Horizon Scenarios mapping technological, economic, and societal disruptions
- Lead Strategic Innovation Sprints translating futuristic insights into product roadmaps and market entry strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future opportunities through predictive modeling and scenario planning frameworks
- Present Foresight Briefings to C-suite executives and Board of Directors
- Champion emerging technologies (quantum, AI ethics, climate tech) within product development cycles
- Author thought leadership content published in FutureTech Journal and industry whitepapers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published work in foresight or innovation thought leadership
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from the School of Thought)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-back strategy implementation
