Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic roadmaps using trend analysis, predictive modeling, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions (quantum AI, bio-integrated systems, autonomous ecosystems)
- Design resilience frameworks for climate adaptation and supply chain transformation
- Establish KPIs for exponential growth tracking using real-time data lakes and neural networks
- Present futures scenarios to C-suite executives and Fortune 500 boards
- Mentor emerging futurists through our FutureVision Accelerator program
- Author quarterly 'State of 2026' industry whitepapers
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Quantum Computing
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 or Big Tech
- Published author on exponential technologies or climate adaptation
- Expertise in Monte Carlo simulations, agent-based modeling, and NLP trend analysis
- Proficiency in AI/ML platforms (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and quantum computing interfaces
- Proven track record of implementing futures thinking into $50M+ initiatives
- Security clearance for national infrastructure projects
