Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends (AI, quantum computing, climate resilience) and translate insights into strategic roadmaps
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ business and societal transformations
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Advise C-suite executives on disruptive threats and opportunities in the 5-10 year horizon
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic pioneers
- Author forward-looking thought leadership for industry conferences and publications
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, biotech convergence, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable business plans
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership on 2020s societal/tech transitions
- Portfolio demonstrating future-back strategy development for Fortune 500 clients
