- Develop and implement 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technology adoption
- Lead scenario planning workshops for disruptive innovations (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Establish partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Design innovation pipelines that align with long-term market disruption forecasts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory implications for emerging technologies
- Build and mentor a high-impact futurist research team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in corporate innovation, strategic foresight, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of successfully implementing futuristic technology roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and disruption modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech strategy (required)
- Fluency in strategic foresight tools (Horizon scanning, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
