Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for 2026 market disruptions
- Partner with C-suite to align futuristic innovations with business objectives
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic blueprints to investors and industry consortiums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
- Produce trend reports published in Future Forward Journal
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of influencing C-level strategy decisions
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech ethics
- Experience with Delphi method and horizon scanning
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 predictions with 85%+ accuracy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
