- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Produce quarterly trend reports on AI, biotech, and climate tech convergence
- Advise executive leadership on emerging technology adoption risks/opportunities
- Design and facilitate stakeholder workshops on future-of-work transformations
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic innovation consulting or corporate R&D leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Delphi method, weak signal detection)
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies (articles/white papers)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Experience with exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Portfolio demonstrating future scenario development and implementation
