- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic adaptation to emerging paradigms
- Present future outlooks to investors, board members, and industry coalitions
- Manage a global network of futurist researchers and domain experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy roles
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal transformation
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Proficiency with futures modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, STEEP analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term adaptation strategies
- Deep understanding of 2026-specific disruptors: AGI ethics, climate tech adoption, decentralized governance
