This position reports directly to the Chief Strategy Officer and includes executive exposure across Fortune 500 partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and publish quarterly '2026 Horizon Scan' reports identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Design strategic roadmaps for clients anticipating 2026 market conditions and regulatory landscapes
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on long-term business resilience
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions in our FutureLab incubator
- Establish thought leadership through keynote speeches and white papers on 2026 trends
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining an active network with global innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or futurist role with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing actionable frameworks for 5-10 year strategic planning
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, climate tech, or neuro-technology domains
- Exceptional facilitation skills for executive-level scenario planning sessions
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals or top-tier business publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
