Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops that visualize potential futures and risk-mitigation strategies
- Produce high-impact white papers and trend reports published in industry-leading journals
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for emerging market opportunities
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies and critical analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis or strategic planning at recognized innovation firms
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, biotech convergence, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of publishing influential industry forecasts or thought leadership
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
- Experience facilitating executive workshops with C-suite stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 successful future-strategy implementations
