Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives identifying 2026's disruptive forces across technology, policy, and consumer behavior
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing adoption, AI governance, and climate resilience
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into 5-year strategic roadmaps
- Curate and analyze global signals from academic research, patent filings, and geopolitical shifts
- Produce high-impact executive briefings and trend reports with actionable recommendations
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for leadership teams on 2026's human-machine interface
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist thought leaders across tech, policy, and academia
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend analysis for complex systems
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing applications, or climate tech adaptation
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for executive audiences
- Proficiency in horizon-scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Published thought leadership in futurist or technology journals
- Experience advising boards on long-term technology disruption
