Responsibilities
- Anticipate and decode global technological, social, and economic shifts through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 2026+ market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings
- Identify disruptive opportunities and build competitive advantage frameworks
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, Technology, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating future-oriented strategy implementations
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience with futures modeling tools and data visualization
