Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision making
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Present compelling future narratives to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Produce annual 'State of the Future' reports with quantifiable impact assessments
- Drive innovation workshops to embed foresight thinking across all departments
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (required)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term transformation
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS) strongly preferred
