Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies, market shifts, and societal trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational vision with future opportunities
- Produce trend reports and predictive models using AI-powered analytics platforms
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions
- Advise on ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Present findings to executive boards and industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
