As a key member of our Future Insights division, you'll leverage data-driven foresight to identify disruptive technologies, societal shifts, and market opportunities that will redefine industries by 2026. You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable strategies, ensuring we lead rather than follow the next wave of innovation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies and societal trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future insights into product development
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership reports on future-of-work, AI ethics, and sustainable innovation
- Quantify market opportunities and risks associated with emerging trends
- Drive innovation culture by challenging organizational assumptions about the future
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, APF) strongly preferred
