Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision-making

- Publish thought leadership reports on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Partner with R&D to align long-term research investments with market evolution
- Mentor junior futurists while cultivating external networks with academic and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills for executive audiences
