- Lead horizon scanning for technological breakthroughs (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends reshaping 2026 landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks to anticipate market disruptions and competitive threats
- Collaborate with product teams to embed future-ready innovation into development roadmaps
- Produce executive-level trend reports with actionable insights for C-suite decision-making
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for board-level strategic planning
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to track emerging signals
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to build organizational future-readiness capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences across global enterprises
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACFC or APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or trend analysis projects
