- Develop innovation roadmaps for clients in AI, biotech, and quantum computing sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare organizations for disruptive futures
- Produce high-impact strategic briefs and executive presentations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting long-term strategy
- Build and maintain a network of futurists and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or innovation leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, AR/VR)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects
- Experience working with Fortune 500 clients
