Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities and technological disruptions
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation sectors
- Present strategic foresight briefings to executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Lead innovation workshops to align organizational capabilities with future demands
- Monitor and report on competitive intelligence and disruptive market entrants
- Quantify future market potential through data modeling and forecasting
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-level audiences
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred) or relevant professional designation
