As a key member of our executive strategy team, you'll collaborate with global thought leaders to develop actionable frameworks that shape our product development, market entry strategies, and sustainability initiatives. Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning research to identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies impacting 2026 markets
- Develop scenario-based strategic models for long-term business resilience and innovation
- Coordinate cross-functional workshops to align organizational capabilities with future opportunities
- Produce quarterly foresight reports with data-driven recommendations for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, etc.)
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong network of relationships with futurist communities and research institutions
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy publications
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
