Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, socio-political shifts, and market signals to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for disruptive innovation in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and evaluate frontier technologies
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technological forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-proof solutions
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on strategic transformation
