As a key member of our Executive Strategy Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite leaders, industry disruptors, and academic pioneers to develop long-term vision frameworks. Your insights will directly influence product innovation, market positioning, and organizational resilience in an era of unprecedented technological and societal shifts.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate resilience) and their implications for 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for emerging markets and disruptive technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision implementation
- Produce high-impact trend reports and horizon scanning briefings for executive decision-making
- Design and execute innovation pilots for next-generation business models
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry think tanks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems modeling methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism/strategy publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
