Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data from global labs, academic institutions, and geopolitical shifts to identify 2026's disruptive forces
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum-AI integration, sustainable tech adoption, and human augmentation frameworks
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Sprints' with engineers, ethicists, and policymakers to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Present foresight findings to C-suite executives and board members through compelling visualizations and scenario planning
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for emerging technologies like neural interfaces and climate-altering systems
- Build external partnerships with MIT Media Lab, World Economic Forum, and national innovation agencies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published work on 2025+ technology trends or disruption scenarios in peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend impact methodologies
- Deep technical understanding of quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech
- Proven track record of guiding organizations through paradigm shifts
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into actionable strategies
