Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, quantum computing, climate tech) and translate insights into 2026+ strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Scenario' workshops to stress-test business models against disruptive forces
- Develop proprietary foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and horizon scanning methodologies
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into R&D pipelines
- Present visionary strategies to investors, board members, and industry conferences
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Author thought leadership pieces that shape industry discourse on 2026 and beyond
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Global mindset with experience analyzing diverse cultural and economic contexts
