- Partner with R&D to align long-term research with market evolution trajectories
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Monitor geopolitical/socioeconomic shifts affecting industry futures
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable business plans
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional systems thinking and pattern recognition abilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future trends or disruption
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills for complex concepts
