Responsibilities
- Anticipate global technological shifts (AI, quantum computing, bio-integration) and their societal impacts
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030 market positioning
- Lead immersive foresight workshops with C-suite executives and R&D teams
- Produce trend reports and predictive models for board-level decision-making
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into development cycles
- Monitor geopolitical and environmental disruptors affecting long-term viability
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (blockchain, neuromorphic computing, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
