Responsibilities

- Develop predictive frameworks for industry disruption in AI, quantum, and sustainability sectors
- Lead executive workshops on future-proofing strategies and scenario planning
- Produce high-impact trend reports and strategic briefings for C-suite stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with market evolution
- Establish global networks with futurists, academics, and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused research or thought leadership
- Masters or PhD in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
