Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, market disruptions, and societal shifts relevant to 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AGI, and synthetic biology into business ecosystems
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership teams
- Produce white papers and trend briefs on technological singularity implications
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype 2026-viable solutions
- Advise product development teams on next-generation user experience paradigms
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-proof business strategies
- Expertise in systems thinking, complex adaptive systems, and exponential technology forecasting
- Exceptional data visualization and narrative-building skills for communicating future scenarios
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist or technology journals
- Deep understanding of Web3, metaverse architecture, and decentralized autonomous organizations
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from WFS or APF) strongly preferred
