Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for 2026-2030 horizon
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating futuristic technologies with current business operations
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with C-suite executives and R&D teams
- Author white papers on disruptive market shifts and technological disruption scenarios
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness and innovation velocity
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify next-generation startups and acquisition targets
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis using scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
