Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year strategic technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neurotech domains
- Design and validate human-centric interaction models for next-gen AI systems
- Present findings to C-suite executives at global innovation summits
- Author white papers on ethical AI governance and sustainable tech policy
- Manage $5M+ R&D portfolios for experimental projects
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and EU Horizon Europe programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Published work in peer-reviewed futurism journals or major tech publications
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and systems modeling
- Proficiency in AI/ML trend analysis tools (e.g., GPT-4, Claude)
- Track record of scaling innovative concepts to commercial deployment
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain US government clearance
- Fluency in English with multilingual capabilities preferred
