Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year strategic roadmaps for 2026's technological landscape (AI ethics, quantum computing adoption, bio-integration)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with Fortune 500 executives to visualize future market disruptions
- Develop predictive frameworks using Horizon's TrendSim AI platform to quantify emerging trend impacts
- Publish thought leadership in partnership with MIT Media Lab and World Economic Forum
- Design organizational resilience programs for quantum-resistant cybersecurity and AI governance
- Mentor cross-functional innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies
- Represent Horizon at Davos, SXSW, and exclusive futurist symposiums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight at Big Tech or Fortune 100 firms
- Published research on at least two of: quantum ethics, AGI alignment, or neuro-interfaces
- Expertise in scenario modeling using Monte Carlo simulations and agent-based modeling
- Deep understanding of ISO 20700 foresight standards and WEF Global Risks Report
- Portfolio demonstrating transformational impact on organizational strategy
- Fluency in Python/R for trend analysis and Tableau for visualization
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain for national security engagements
