Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to forecast 2026+ societal shifts
- Develop scenario-planning models for Fortune 500 clients navigating post-2025 disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Author whitepapers on quantum computing ethics and decentralized governance
- Advocate for sustainable innovation frameworks in board-level strategy sessions
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio funding moonshot projects
- Represent FutureVision at Davos and World Economic Forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of scaling emerging tech (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Published research on 2025+ human-machine symbiosis
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
- Fluency in scenario planning tools (STEEP, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
- Portfolio of implemented future-proofed business models
