- Produce white papers and predictive models for emerging tech policy implications
- Design ethical implementation protocols for autonomous systems and neuro-interfaces
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify breakthrough startups in deep tech
- Represent Horizon Labs at global futurist forums and policy summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, tech innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published research on exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Experience developing ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
