Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for emerging sectors (quantum, bio-AI, metaverse)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for disruptive technologies
- Design ethical frameworks for AI/neurotech integration in daily life
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and industry stakeholders
- Manage innovation incubator programs for 2026 tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or spatial computing
- Proven track record of scaling futuristic concepts to market-ready solutions
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar journals
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST)
- Strong network with DARPA, IEEE Future Directions, or similar organizations
