Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends through 2026
- Develop and maintain predictive models for market evolution and industry disruption
- Architect strategic roadmaps for organizational adaptation to emerging paradigms
- Lead executive workshops on future scenarios and risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with R&D to align innovation pipelines with long-term market trajectories
- Produce thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes) establishing our industry authority
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive intelligence signals
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFTE) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic initiatives launched 3+ years prior
- Experience scaling foresight frameworks across global enterprise environments
