- Partner with quantum computing startups for commercialization strategies
- Present at global tech summits representing Horizon's thought leadership
Qualifications
- 8+ years in emerging technology strategy or futurism consulting
- Published research on AI ethics or quantum computing applications
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of Web3 infrastructure and decentralized protocols
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (preferred)
