Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 2026 technology foresight framework through trend analysis, horizon scanning, and scenario modeling
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities and risks
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Design and implement future-readiness audits across business units
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors and executive committee
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes impacting future markets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies with publications or patents in relevant fields
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning skills
- Experience leading high-stakes stakeholder engagements
- Deep understanding of global innovation ecosystems and venture capital trends
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFS, APF) strongly preferred
