Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies, societal shifts, and disruptive business models through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Produce thought leadership reports and keynote presentations on 2026 technology and societal trends
- Advise executive clients on future-proofing strategies across digital transformation, sustainability, and human augmentation
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate tech)
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or scenario-planning projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures methodologies preferred
