Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies, market shifts, and socio-political trends impacting 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating 2026's business landscape
- Produce executive-ready trend briefings and white papers on AI, quantum computing, and sustainable transformation
- Facilitate C-level strategy workshops to embed future-proofing principles into organizational DNA
- Build proprietary forecasting models using alternative data sources and predictive analytics
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global innovation forums shaping 2026's agenda
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing enterprise-level future strategy frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their 2026 implications
- Exceptional executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP, CFS) preferred
