- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for organizational adaptation to 2026 market realities
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed foresight into product development and investment decisions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-focused innovation priorities
- Author thought leadership publications on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Monitor geopolitical and economic indicators to anticipate systemic risks and opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategy, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or relevant strategic planning designation
