Responsibilities

- Design and validate innovation roadmaps aligning R&D with 5-year societal trends
- Partner with product teams to prototype next-gen solutions targeting 2026 markets
- Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present future-vision insights at industry conferences and investor summits
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
