Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic roadmaps across product, market, and technology domains
- Analyze emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, sustainability) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, marketing, and engineering teams
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Design and implement horizon-scanning frameworks for competitive advantage
- Collaborate with global partners to shape industry-wide future standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record developing long-term (>3 year) strategic frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and futures methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with data synthesis ability
- Experience presenting complex futures concepts to C-level audiences
- MBA or advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Business, or Technology
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published foresight work
