- Produce annual '2026 Impact Reports' mapping disruptive forces across industries
- Design and execute innovation sprints with Fortune 500 partners to future-proof their operations
- Establish the company's thought leadership through keynote speeches, white papers, and podcast appearances
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts and build an internal foresight intelligence unit
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Innovation, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or R&D with exposure to exponential technologies
- Proven expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Deloitte Tech Trends)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementation for enterprises
- Deep understanding of megatrends: climate resilience, neurotech, decentralized systems
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFMP) or equivalent practical experience
