Responsibilities
- Develop and implement forward-looking strategic frameworks for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify emerging opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing products and services
- Present visionary insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Report' with actionable recommendations
- Mentor junior innovators in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing long-term roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling abilities
- Published thought leadership in future studies or technology forecasting
