As a key member of our Innovation Directorate, you'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, neuroscientists, and climate modelers to develop actionable frameworks for 2026 and beyond. You'll influence product roadmaps, investment decisions, and policy recommendations while shaping the future of human-machine symbiosis.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum AI, synthetic biology, neural interfaces) and forecast 2026 market impacts
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof business models
- Author white papers on disruptive innovations and their societal implications
- Advocate ethical AI governance frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and national labs to access cutting-edge research
- Mentor junior futurists using proprietary foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing future-ready roadmaps for complex organizations
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, biotech, or AGI
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi methods, scenario planning)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
