Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop scenario-planning models for geopolitical, technological, and societal shifts through 2030
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-generation methodologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-backed narratives
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and their business implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario development methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal impact
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS, WFS) or equivalent advanced training
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations with measurable outcomes
- Global perspective with experience in cross-cultural trend analysis and geopolitical modeling
