Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop quantitative foresight models using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into strategic initiatives
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces published in top-tier industry journals
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Present findings to Fortune 500 boards and international policy forums
- Oversee implementation of strategic roadmaps with measurable KPIs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology planning
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts with 80%+ accuracy
- Expertise in AI/ML, biotech, quantum computing, or climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional data visualization skills with proficiency in Tableau/Power BI
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategy
- Strong network within global innovation communities
